About Oleance Petroleum
Oleance Petroleum is the group's fuel and energy arm — importing, storing and distributing refined products across East and Central Africa. Established in 2017, the division has grown from a focused trading operation into a structured supply business with owned logistics and standing international partnerships.
Zambia relies on imports for nearly all of its refined fuel. The division secures product from Middle East markets and supplements it with direct imports, then moves it through regional corridors to commercial, industrial and public-sector clients. Since inception, the division has delivered more than 150 million litres of petrol and 18 million litres of diesel.
Operations are built around reliability. Fleet capacity tops out at 250 tanker deliveries per week, backed by storage access and clearing relationships that keep cross-border consignments moving on schedule.
