About Oleance Civils & Construction
Oleance Civils & Construction is the group's South African-registered infrastructure arm — a 2012-established contractor delivering housing, road networks, structural bridges, academic facilities, clinics and commercial infrastructure across the region.
The division runs with its own artisans, quantity surveyors and project managers rather than a subcontractor roster. Plant is owned, not hired: trucks, TLB, Bobcat, Bomag roller and full site tooling. That combination gives the team direct control over programme, quality and safety on every site.
Delivered work to date includes 200 kilometres of paved road, 12 major structural bridges, 500+ RDP housing units, 50+ private residential homes, 35 schools, 2 clinics, 2 community mosques and 1 municipal police station. The division operates in joint venture with DREYKON Civils (Pty) Ltd.
