Oleance Group International is a multi-sector holding group that operates eight active divisions under one structure. Each division is a working business with its own clients, contracts and operating standards — but all are held to the same discipline on delivery, engineering and safety.

The portfolio spans petroleum import and distribution, mining and mineral export, civil and construction works, healthcare logistics, agriculture, education, hospitality and security. From fuel supply for industrial clients to RDP housing programmes, from mineral concentrates to medical consumables, the group operates wherever there is long-term infrastructure and development demand in the region.

Group headquarters sit at Plot No. 9 Beit Road, Rhodes Park, in Lusaka, Zambia. The civils and construction arm is registered and headquartered in Durban, South Africa. A second Zambian office runs from Kafue.

Commercial operations extend beyond those offices. Petroleum supply chains reach across East and Central Africa. Mining concessions sit across Zambia's copper and gold corridors. Construction projects have been delivered in South Africa and Zambia. Cross-border trade runs through Zimbabwe, Tanzania and the wider region.

Major decisions are taken by a four-member board drawn from across the operating divisions: Joshua G. Chirau (Managing Director & Founder Member), Nelson Mukumbareza (Chief Executive Officer), Simon Murombe (Engineer) and Ciane Merredew (Administrative Manager).

Day-to-day operations run at division level. The group provides capital, sets standards, oversees engineering and coordinates cross-border reach. Civil and construction projects are delivered through a standing joint venture with DREYKON Civils (Pty) Ltd.

The stated aim is sustainable development across sectors — improvement that continues after the current contract ends. In practice that means investing in the capabilities that outlast a single project: engineering discipline, trained artisans, structured operations and long-running relationships with the clients and communities that depend on the group's output.
