What the division does.
Oleance Civils & Construction is a South African-registered civil and building contractor working across public- and private-sector infrastructure. The senior team brings over fourteen years of combined experience in civils, construction and electrical installation work.
Project types include housing developments, road networks and bridges, academic facilities, clinics and healthcare buildings, recreation centres, shopping complexes, agricultural infrastructure and agro-processing plants. The division handles a steady volume of work for both government and corporate clients.
Where project scale demands it, the division draws on strategic partnerships to increase capacity without diluting the quality of delivery.
How it delivers.
Every project runs on project-management principles: schedule, budget, quality, scope. Safety is treated as a discipline, not a formality — health and safety officers sit on every site. Equipment is SABS-approved and owned rather than hired, so plant availability never becomes the bottleneck.
